Granville 2020 Spring/Summer Math League

Join us in a virtual math contest vs. the GHS 2009-10 Math Team — Granville’s last documented math team!

As a part of the process to restart the GHS Math Team for the 20-21 school year, we looked back to see when Granville last had a math team. Based on its participation in the Ohio Math League, we found that GHS had a math team every year from 1995 (when records were first available) until the 2009-10 school year.

And so, we will hold a virtual competition against the 2009-10 GHS math team by using the exact same test and comparing our scores against them!

And because of the strong interest from GMS students, we’ve added a middle school contest too!

The contest will consist of six 30-minute exams of 6 questions each.
Anyone is welcome to participate, but only scores from current GMS/GHS students will be used to calculate the team score (top 5 scorers).
